A private line for sending exercise videos, asking questions, or checking in whenever you need support. You are never left guessing or unsure of what to do next.

For clients living close to the Edinburgh area, the fully equipped Athlete Always studio is based in Stockbridge, EH3. There are full bathroom, toilet, change-room facilities on site.

Coaching call via Zoom and weekly check-ins to make sure you are supported and on track. My priority is to ensure you have the tools you need whenever and wherever you are.

“Having had a hip replacement to address sciatic pain, I started training with Alex around in the summer. Our goal was simple - rehabilitation to the point my hip and/or back didn't preclude me from anything I wanted to do, be that golf, skiing, running or football.
Alex has been magnificent. He has set achievable short term goals and continually evolved my program depending on my progress. He has also adapted the sessions as necessary to keep me engaged which has always been an issue for me historically.
