1-to-1 Strength and Mobility Training
We provide 1-to-1 training for athletes and active people, focusing on a holistic and educational approach to movement and exercise. We teach you how to move better for long-term health.
The fully equipped Athlete Always personal training studio is located in the heart of Stockbridge (Edinburgh), with access to changerooms and a shower should you need them.

Alex McLaren has an extensive skill-set helping clients ranging from those wishing to touch their toes, to professional stuntmen and ballet stars seeking more strength and control through their range of motion.
Alex has learned from and worked with world-leading physiotherapists, coaches and movement professionals like David Grey, Alec Blenis, Zac Cupples, Quentin "Q" Willey, Dr. Andreo Spina, Dewey Nielsen (certified in Functional Range Conditioning®, Functional Range Assessment® and Kinstretch®).
