1-to-1 Training
You’re tired of your endlessly expanding list of exercises prescribed to you by your physio and you’re also tired of countless hours spent foam rolling, stretching and digging lacrosse balls into your body. In short, your tired off all the band-aids and short-term “fixes”.
We offer you smart, progressive training that targets your weaknesses and helps you transform your body for long-term results.
Your body has its own, unique history of injuries and movement patterns that have got you here, where you are today.
Our goal is to guide you through the process of earning freedom of movement by addressing your weaknesses and adding layers of strength, power and endurance in the process.

How does Remote Training Work?
It’s pretty simple :
Stable internet connection.
Space to move yourself (living room or home gym etc.)
60 minutes of your undivided attention.
Having lots of home equipment or access to a world class is not a pre-requisite for successful remote training, but certain tools can be helpful. We will work together to make sure that you have what you need to achieve your goals.
I believe in Remote Training and this wasn’t always the case. Pre-2020, I would have probably would have said the opposite.
However, I genuinely believe now that remote training is the best way to train, unless you have a PT living in your house training you 24/7.
Do I still do in-person sessions? Yes I still do some, but they are ALL now hybrid clients, which means that they do sessions with me in person AND do workouts at home on their own time, with the help and guidance of a take-home online programme with video tutorials, video feedback and myself just a quick whatsapp message away!
I’m so grateful to have the ability to help and teach clients from overseas and different time zones and it has truly opened my eyes to the power of technology these days.
Pros and Cons of Remote Training
Pros:
Train anywhere in the world.
No commute and no gym necessary.
Less time in the gym, more time doing what you train for! Fit it to your lifestyle.
More responsibility and more control of your goals.
More focused sessions. (Seriously! For some reason, I find that online sessions are significantly more productive for clients.)
You have 24/7 access to instructions via Vimeo and video feedback via WhatsApp.
Cons:
We are not in the same room.
Some people are less auditory or visual learners. Kinesthetic learners need more hands on/tactile cues to help improve technique and understand what they are feeling it is. The good thing about this is that there are many ways to learn how to create your own tactile cues at home, and again you rely less on having someone there, which is empowering and important in the longterm.
