  • A focused conversation where we break down your current situation, your training history, and what you want to achieve. You get clear direction, expert input, and a realistic plan that feels personal to you rather than general or generic.

  • A fully personalised plan built around your goals, schedule, ability level, injuries, and preferences. Every exercise includes personalised notes that tell you exactly what to focus on so you always know what you are doing and why.

  • High quality demonstrations filmed specifically for your programme. Each video includes simple step by step instructions that help you move well and feel confident with the technique.

  • A private line for sending exercise videos, asking questions, or checking in whenever you need support. You are never left guessing or unsure of what to do next.

  • A structured catch up to assess your progress, refine your programme, and keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence.

  • You have the option to do sessions in-person and/or online. The fully equipped Athlete Always studio is based in Stockbridge, Edinburgh.
