Athlete Always Online Training is designed to help you move better, build strength, and feel confident in your body - no matter your starting point. This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan. It’s a structured coaching process that puts you in the driver’s seat with expert guidance, accountability, and a programme tailored to you.

How It Works

  1. Apply in minutes

    Start by filling out a quick pre-screen form (5 questions, under 5 minutes). This helps me see if we’re a good fit to work together.

  2. Quick chat on Zoom

    We’ll hop on a 15–20 minute Zoom call to talk through your goals, your training history, and your commitment. This is also your chance to ask questions and get clear on how the coaching works.

  3. Secure your spot

    If we’re a good match, you’ll receive a welcome pack that includes:

  • PAR-Q (health questionnaire)

  • Terms & Conditions

  • First month’s payment (£149)

You’ll confirm everything within 48 hours to lock in your place.

  1. Comprehensive intake & movement screen

    Once you’re onboard, you’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your lifestyle, training preferences, injury history, and goals. You’ll also go through a movement screen—either by video submission or a live Zoom session with me—so I can assess how you move and build your programme accordingly.

  2. Programme delivery + first session

    We’ll review your movement screen and intake together, then I’ll deliver your first programme. This typically includes 2–5 sessions per week (average 45 minutes), tailored to your schedule, equipment, and goals.

  3. Ongoing coaching & support

    From there, we move into coaching. You’ll get ongoing check-ins, feedback, and adjustments to your plan so you can continue to make progress, feel stronger, and stay injury-resilient.
