We provide 1-on-1 training for athletes and active people focused on a holistic and educational approach to movement and exercise. Teaching you how to move better for long-term health.

The fully equipped Athlete Always personal training studio is located in the heart of Stockbridge (Edinburgh), with access to changerooms and a shower should you need them.
